In addition to being a gifted rider, JJ is an articulate speaker, experienced clinician and knowledgable teacher. She instructs with enthusiasm, charisma and poise, always meeting horse and rider at their current level and inspiring them to the next. Through her patient delivery and thorough explanations, JJ motivates both horse and rider, always keeping in mind what is best for both. She understands that every horse has its individual physical and mental abilities and tailors training to fit that horse. In addition to teaching horses and riders, she constantly recognizes the life lessons that they offer.

More to come ...

I would like to make a big announcement about me moving to Hassler Dressage. I will have a new address in Chesapeake City, MD. I do not know where I will be living yet. But I will be moving my business there to join them and continue to train with Scott. I am excited about being in that kind of inspirational environment, and look forward to growing not only as a rider andtrainer, but also personally. It is a terrific team that Scott and Susanne have created and I can't wait to be around them on a daily basis. They lead by a wonderful example. I will be accepting horses to train, trailer-in students, as well as short term training retreats.
